PANYCHIDA

Who doesn't know them? Still, a few words. PANYCHIDA was founded in Pilsen in 2004.
After five studio albums, playing across the country, Europe and beyond, the band gradually developed from its pagan roots into a distinctive blend of black metal with classic heavy influences.

In 2020, PANYCHIDA renewed its contract with the leading German underground label Folter Records
and released "Gabreta Aeterna", which was chosen as the best album of the year in Czech journalists poll Břitva.. The album is completely dedicated to the history and traditions of the marvellous
Šumava. The album is then followed by a mini-album "Říruřec: Dreisessel" (2022), recorded in a new
line-up with Jakub Bayer behind the drums, which concludes the band's Šumava saga …
